Pluto a planet?

Pluto was once classified as a planet in our solar system, however, it was reclassified as a dwarf planet in 2006 by the International Astronimical Union. What are your thoughts on this?

I heard one astrophysist said it is not a planet and what do I know better if he says so?

Pluto was considered a planet when I was still in school. It wasn't until after graduated that they reclassified it.

I wonder how they are teaching that in schools now?

No idea. Usually schools are lazy to change new things being reevaluated. Dunno why they do it..
