Is it distrcting or no...?

If you're trying really hard to focus on something, is listening to music in the background distracting or does it not bother you?

If I have to focus on something, I find having music playing in the background helps keep me motivated and focused. I find that without music playing in the background, I can't focus on things I am doing.

Most days, it tends to help me focus a bit, but if a really good song comes on, then I just end up distracted.
